Before You Start — Data Privacy Notice

This app uses a third-party AI service to grade your practice responses. Please read and agree before continuing.

When you submit any practice test (Listening, Reading, Writing, or Speaking), your response is sent to an external AI company for analysis and grading. No personal information (name, email, payment details) is ever included.

What is sent to the AI provider

  • • Your practice response text (writing essay or spoken answer transcription)
  • • The IELTS question or prompt you are responding to
  • • Test metadata (skill type, task label, academic/general)

What is never sent

Your name, email address, payment details, device identifiers, or IP address. Only your answer text and its question context are shared.

Privacy

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and used solely to generate your feedback. It is not used to train AI models and is not shared further. You can change this consent at any time in Privacy Policy.

Declining means AI grading features will be unavailable for all sections. You can still use flashcards, skills builders, and all study materials without submitting responses.

For training institutes

Give your whole cohort examiner-level feedback

Licensed seats for your learners, a console for your administrator, and progress your teachers can actually report on. Start with a small pilot, then move to an annual licence sized to your intake.

Seats billed by capacity Annual term Pilot before you commit

Seats you control

Grant a seat to each enrolled learner, revoke it when their course ends, and see capacity at a glance.

Cohort visibility

Every attempt, band score and skill breakdown recorded per learner, so you can report progress to parents and sponsors.

Examiner-standard feedback

Writing and speaking graded against the four official criteria, with the traps behind each wrong answer.

Access that actually ends

Licence expiry and revoked seats close access on the server, not just in the interface.

How it works

Pilot first, licence second

1

Send an enquiry

Tell us your seat numbers, intake calendar and what you need to report on.

2

Run a pilot

We open a pilot licence for a small group so your teachers see the feedback quality first-hand.

3

Agree the annual licence

Fixed seat capacity and term, agreed in writing. Your administrator then manages seats directly.

Indicative seat rates

Per-seat pricing, agreed in writing

These bands anchor the conversation. Your final quote depends on seat numbers, term length and teacher onboarding — and is confirmed in writing before anything is invoiced.

India

$28–$40 / seat / year

  • Minimum 50 seats on an annual licence
  • 50 AI gradings per seat each month
  • Pilot: 25 seats for 30 days before you commit

UAE & International

$70–$120 / seat / year

  • Minimum 30 seats on an annual licence
  • 50 AI gradings per seat each month
  • Pilot: 25 seats for 30 days before you commit

Prices quoted in US dollars unless agreed otherwise in your proposal.

Pricing is agreed per institute

Rather than publish a price that fits nobody, we quote against your seat numbers and term. Every enquiry gets a written proposal, and the pilot is where you decide whether the feedback is good enough for your learners.

  • Seat capacity fixed for the term
  • Additional seats quoted at the same rate
  • Teacher onboarding included in annual licences

No pressure, no commitment — an enquiry is just a conversation.

Request a proposal

Tell us about your institute. We reply with pilot terms and a written proposal — no fixed price list.

We use your details only to respond to this enquiry. No card details, no commitment.

Questions institutes ask

Why is there no fixed price list?

Institute pricing depends on seat numbers, term length and how much onboarding your teachers need. We quote after the pilot, when both sides know what the cohort actually uses.

Can we start small?

Yes. Pilots are deliberately small — usually 20 to 30 learners — so your team can judge the feedback before committing to an annual licence.

Who manages the learner seats?

You do. We set up the institute and its administrator; your administrator then adds and revokes learner and teacher seats within the capacity you have licensed.

What happens when the licence ends?

Institutional access stops on the expiry date. Learners keep their own records and can continue on an individual plan if they choose.
